Warranty Policy

Ceretone hearing aids include a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

We will repair or replace faulty products at no cost.

2. Your Legal Rights

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If a product is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

3. How to Claim

  1. Email customerservice@secondchance.co.uk with your proof of order and issue details
  2. We will assess and provide return instructions if approved
  3. We will repair or replace the item once received

4. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Loss or theft
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications

5. Proof of Purchase

A valid order number or receipt is required.

6. Out-of-Warranty Support

We may offer paid repairs or replacements after the warranty period.
